This Cyma/UK Arms ZM26 is a compact pistol modeled after the Colt M1911, with some parts modernized and replaced. Aside from the orange tip, it highly resembles a customized version of the famous pistol. In addition, this gun is made entirely of metal except for the rubberized pistol grip panels.
The iron target sights on this gun are enlarged to help the shooter hit the mark at the pistols maximum range. The rear notch is adjustable, and the front ramp is taller to help with CQC.
Instead of the round burr hammer, this replica has a skeleton angular hammer. Its easier to cock the gun compared to the older design.
Theres a Picatinny rail in front of the trigger guard. It accepts attachments like flashlights and lasers.
The trigger guard has a square design, a modern innovation that helps expand space for gloved fingers.
You get a functional safety catch on this pistol underneath the slide. It works like the one on the real 1911 pistol.
While not made for competing, this gun makes for an excellent prop or training tool.
