The M16 Special Purpose Rifle, or SPR, was designed to be a compact designated marksman rifle platform that balances size, weight, and effectiveness for long-range engagements. This rifle’s free floating metal tubular rail system, molded ergonomic grip, and full stock define it’s unique look. The upper and lower receivers, rail system, barrel assembly, and bipod are all durable metal and the grip and stock are a lightweight but rugged polymer.
