Unlike many other A&K models, the AEG Masada D has a removable rear sight. Both the front and the back sight are flip-up, which means versatility when attaching optics. Speaking of optics, the top receiver is full-length, meaning that it accepts the vast majority of scope options. The removable back sights help attain better precision when used with an optics accessory.

Another thing that sets this model apart from others are QD sling swivel attachment points. The QD (Quick Disconnect) sling swivel allows the user to quickly detach their strap, when necessary. Unfortunately, the QD sling swivel isnt included in the package.

Nor should you expect a battery and charger here. The recommended battery for this airsoft, however, is a typical model the 9.6v 1600mAh Small Butterfly Type.

The ambidextrous bolt release, mag release, and selector switch make this weapon very versatile. Although its barrel length indicates long-range use, the AEG Masada D has a quick-change barrel assembly option. This means that it can fare brilliantly in CQB (close-quarters battle) environments, as well.
