Unlike traditional air gun design, the Crosman A4-P is a full-auto and semi-auto air pistol based on the M4 carbine. Because it doesnt have a stock, American firearm laws and conventions designate it as a pistol. Fortunately, its not regulated the same way as a full-auto assault rifle.
Because of the M4 design, you can use your training with the platform to operate this air pistol. The controls are identical and help you feel right at home. As with the firearm, the charging handle is ambidextrous.
Each magazine requires two 12g CO2 cartridges to function and holds 25 .177 BBs. You shouldnt use pellets with this gun as it would cause jams.
While the gun already comes with a red dot sight, you can mount different accessories like lasers and foregrips. The quad RIS handguard will accept many aftermarket Picatinny accessories.
The buffer tube is covered by a removable sleeve that you can replace with other AR-15 buffer tube-compatible stocks. Crane stocks are a popular choice due to availability and familiarity.
