The Crosman P1377 is a single-shot air pistol firing .177 caliber pellets at 600 FPS at most. Its designed primarily for target practice and plinking, but you can shoot smaller pests with it as well. The mechanism is a multi-pump pneumatic system coupled with a bolt action to load the pellet.
At first glance, you might think its only a weak air pistol, but those who think that dont know its operating method. You can pump from three to 10 times to increase the muzzle velocity. That way, even children can shoot without overexerting their muscles.
To aim, you can use the adjustable rear sight that can be turned 180 degrees and switches between a notch sight and peep sight. The front sight is a fixed blade that works with either configuration.
Like some of the Crosman air pistols, this one has a detachable stock. It will connect to the pistol grip and provide additional support and stabilization. Your shots will hit more accurately.
The pistol grip and pump are textured. Even with mildly wet fingers, users can maintain a firm grasp on the weapon.
