When a weapon has been out for decades, its not difficult to find people modifying it. This WE Tech 904 M9 Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol is a modernized take on the classic M9 design. It still looks like a proper Beretta pistol, but it has received several modifications to keep up with modern warfare.

The metal slide is updated and has newer contours and extra slide serrations. The rear sight has also been swapped out for a tactical one, and both iron sights have white dots for faster target acquisition.

The frame, however, is made of polymer for a lighter weight. It has a bottom Picatinny rail hidden by a rail cap, which you can remove when its time to attach a light or laser. The slide release is still the same.

Instead of two grip panels, this 904 M9 has a wraparound panel that covers most of the pistol grip. Its ergonomic and has the same basic shape as the original. However, the checkering is in smaller sections, and WE Techs logo has replaced the Beretta logo.A larger magazine release also comes with this pistol. It helps with reloading, as the M9s button can be too small for some users in a firefight.
