You can see hints of the Walther PPK, Makarov, and similar pistol features on the Gamo P-25. This repeating air pistol is designed for realistic shooting action at a fraction of the cost you spend on firearms. As you pull the trigger, a portion of the gas forces the slide back, achieving a blowback process.
While the muzzle velocity is at a low 120 FPS, remember that this gun is for close-range shooting practice and not for power.
In all aspects, the P-25 doesnt differ much from many pocket pistols. You have a set of rudimentary iron sights that work within the weapons short range. There are no tactical rails whatsoever.
A functional hammer is mounted onto the rear. You can shoot in single-action mode by cocking it. Simply pulling the trigger without pre-cocking will let you fire in double-action mode.
The barrel is rifled for accuracy and propels pellets in a straight path. The magazine can hold eight BBs or pellets, a standard capacity for a single-stack compact pistol.*Gamo states this on their website: To avoid damaging your magazine, never use long-skirt pellets, such as: Red Fire, Blue Flame, Glow Fire, PBA Bullet or TS-10.
