The officially licensed Austrian arms Steyr AUG A3 is an exceptionally well-crafted addition to ASG’s Proline series airsoft rifles. Built from superior parts for durability and performance that sets this line above the rest. A bullpup maximizes range and accuracy while maintaining a compact form-factor. The AUG was one of the pioneers of bullpup rifle designs and ASG has taken this variant to the customization-capable extreme. The bullpup design, pioneered by Steyr, was specifically engineered to pack a full-sized rifle into a small but powerful package. To achieve their goal, the internals of a classic firearm were integrated into the buttstock and barrel into the stock and foregrip area.

Internally, this AEG features a fully upgradable 7mm Version 3 Gearbox with a quick change spring system. The included spring is tunes this rifle to fire at approximately 395 FPS with 0.20g BBs – the perfect FPS for nearly all field play. It’s quick-change spring system lets the shooter change the FPS to suit their needs for indoor play as well. The ASG V3 Gearbox accepts all V3-compatible ASG ULTIMATE series upgrade parts, as well as other TM-compatible V3 aftermarket parts.

Externally, this AUG A3 features 7 picatinny/weaver compatible RIS rails, 5 of which are removable. The upper monolithic rail comes with removable metal front and rear iron sights that can be used with aftermarket optics such as red-dots or scopes. The other RIS rail sections can be used to mount other accessories such as lights, lasers, PEQ boxes, cameras, or even the included full metal adjustable foregrip ASG send with the rifle! Build from high quality nylon reinforced polymer and metal outer barrel and rails this rifle is rugged, durable, and dependable.
